25/10/17 2yo Zahara wins impressive

The 2yo filly ZAHARA (Nayef-ZEGNA) won her Maiden at Jagersro by 7 length on her second start for her owner Mr Ascot and her trainer Frederik Reuterskjold. ZAHARA is the first foal out of Norsk Oaks winner ZEGNA, both bred by Graf and Grafin Stauffenberg at their SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN, both sold at the BBAG Yearling Sales by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK and both owned and trained by Frederik Reuterskjold. 

ZEGNA was privately bought back by her breeders after her racing career. Her yearling colt by CASAMENTO was bought by John Ferguson on behalf of Darley Japan. ZEGNA has a colt foal by LORD OF ENGLAND and is currently in foal to MASTERCRAFTSMAN.
