1st winner bred and raised at Schlossgut Itlingen in 2015 is in the bag

FC092012kl.jpg4yo FOUR CARAT (Montjeu-FOUR ROSES) became the first winner of the 2015 season for his breeders Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg, as he won Down Under in Australia for Chris Lai and trainer Chris Waller, who wants to aim him for the big Cup races in the Southern Hemisphere. FOUR CARAT is only the second runner for his breeders on this continent and the second winner. He was bred and raised at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and sold as a yearling at the Goffs Orby Sales to leading owners Derrick Smith, Michael Tabor and Mrs Sue Magnier.  FOUR CARAT went into training with Andre Fabre in France, for whom he won and was placed once from four outings before being sold to his current connections. 
His dam FOUR ROSES is due to foal after SINNDAR, a stallion she has produced her best offspring so far the multiple Group winner FOUR SINS. She was sold at Goffs as well and carried the colours of an other world leading owner and breeder - H H The Aga Khan. FOUR ROSES will return to SINNDAR in 2015.
