In a world which tries very hard to keep you realistic, some outstanding results really brightened our days of hard work to do the best for the horses in our care. All at STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK and SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN could experience some really wonderful moments in 2023 with the horses either homebred by GRAF UND GRÄFIN STAUFFENBERG, or bred, raised or prepped for their clients.

Having bred and raised FANTASTIC MOON and thus their first Derbywinner on home soil is so far the pinnacle of achievements by all involved. Already been the Champion 2yo in Germany in 2022 he topped this by adding the Champion 3yo title in 2023.

Marion and Philipp Stauffenberg have bred and/or raced several classic winners since they met in 1994. The German 1000 Guineas and German Oaks winner QUE BELLE, the German Oaks winner CENTAINE, the multiple classic winner ZENATO in Scandinavia, as well as his close relatives ZAHARA and ZEGNA, both winners of the Norwegian Oaks as well as the St. Leger winner CEDROS in Kazachstan have all been wonderful results in the past years.
