14/02/24 Zalacain won in France

bred by Graf und Gräfin Stauffenberg, raised and prepped at Schlossgut Itlingen and sold by Stauffenberg Bloodstock at the BBAG Yearling Sales

The 4yo ZALACAIN (Camacho-Zegna) became the first winner in France in 2024 and thus the first winner bred by GRAF UND GRÄFIN STAUFFENBERG in 2024 as well.

He was born and raised at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and sold at the BBAG Yearling Sales consigned by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK.

Having won 1st time out as a 2yo at Longchamp he looked like a decent horse, but could not fulfil the promise he has made. However he has won now his fourth race at his first start of the season
